Our 100% grass-fed beef is raised outdoors year-round by our partner farms, Asgaard Farm in the Adirondacks and Snug Valley Farm. In the winter, they are fed certified organic hay from a neighboring farm. They are never given antibiotics, drugs, hormones, or steroids.
