1/8 Beef Box

This beef box has a little bit of everything from the beef animal. Whether you're an illustrious single cook or feeding a family this box is a great way to stock up on our 100% Grass Fed beef and save!

There are many cuts on the beef animal that do not make it into our 1/8 Beef Box. However, we try to give you an even sampling of the cuts available, and a taste of what it is like to consume the whole animal.

What's in the 1/8 Beef Box:

Steaks

• 2 (0.7 lb pkg) New York Strip Steaks
• 2 (0.8 lb pkg) Delmonico Steaks
• 1 (1.4 lb pkg) Sirloin Steak
• 2 (0.6 lb pkg) Chuck Eye Steaks
• 1 (1.1 lb pkg) Sandwich Steaks
• 1 (1.2 lb pkg) Flat Iron Steak

Slow Cooker's Delight

• 1 (3.2 lb) Sirloin Tip Roast
• 1 (3.1 lb) Beef Brisket Roast

20 lbs Ground Beef (1 lb packages)

Organ meat available with your 1/8 beef by request (additional $6/lb for organs of your choice). Leave a comment in your order.
