Did you know the spare ribs were once attached to the belly (used to make bacon)?! In some areas of the world they even leave the ribs on the belly and cure the whole thing! We love a good long slow oven roast for our spare ribs. Try them with your favorite rub or marinade in your favorite sauce. Give them plenty of time to cook, when they easily fall off the bones they are ready to go!
These packages can vary quite a bit in weight, so we will shoot more for the total weight ordered rather than the specific number of packages.
Our pork is always raised on pasture and fed only Certified Organic Grain. They are never given any antibiotics or hormones, just sunshine and fresh air.
