Similar to our regular Bourbon Fennel Links, these sausages were part of a recipe testing batch, which involved a less maple syrup and a different brand of bourbon. This recipe was also made with pork from Windy Meadows Farm, which raises pastured pork and feeds a local grain ration of non-GMO grains.
We thought we had used up the rest of this tester batch, come to find one more small box in the freezer! Now on clearance.
