About Our Grass-Fed & Finished Beef

Our cattle are raised on open pasture at our family farm in the Adirondacks. They are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, never given grain, antibiotics, or hormones. This slow, natural growth process leads to beef with better nutrition—higher in omega-3s and rich in flavor. Preparation Tips

Petit tender steaks are best cooked hot and fast. Sear them in a cast-iron pan or on the grill until medium-rare for the perfect balance of tenderness and flavor. Let rest before slicing against the grain. Great on its own with just salt and pepper, or serve with a chimichurri, herbed butter, or red wine reduction for a restaurant-quality meal at home.
