Our pigs are raised outdoors on pasture and woodlands at our family farm in the Adirondacks. They root, roam, and forage freely and are supplemented with certified organic grain. We never use antibiotics, hormones, or GMOs.

Shaved pork cooks very quickly, so it’s ideal for fast weeknight meals.
Stir-Fry: Heat a small amount of oil in a skillet or wok over high heat. Add the pork and cook for 2–4 minutes, stirring constantly, until just browned. Add vegetables, sauces, or marinades toward the end of cooking.
Sandwiches or Tacos: Sauté the pork with onions, garlic, or your favorite spices for 3–5 minutes until cooked through. Serve in buns, wraps, or tortillas with your favorite toppings.
Marinate for Flavor: Because the slices are thin, a quick 15–30 minute marinade will penetrate well and add a lot of flavor.
