We are planning our fall hog processing, and that means taking a hard look at what is still in the freezer. Turns out we have more pork than we have room for. So for the month of September, these cuts are marked down, some of them deeply.

Stock the freezer. Ground pork, boneless chops, and shaved pork at some of the best prices we have offered all year.

Cook something slow. Boston butt, shoulder roasts, and stew meat, ready for the first cool evenings.

Try something new. Ham hocks, neck bones, tongue, and liver, the cuts that reward a little curiosity.
