Back to School at Reber Rock Farm
The school year changes the rhythm of our kitchen: earlier mornings, lunches to pack, and dinners that need to be on the table before bedtime. These are the cuts our family leans on when the days get full.
Pack the lunchbox. Sliced ham and pork eye of the round, thin sliced and ready to stack.
Cook once, eat twice. Chicken breast and thighs on the grill tonight, sandwiches and chicken salad tomorrow.
Beat the clock. Beef chorizo for burritos, sandwich steaks for fajitas, Italian ragu for pasta night.
