Our lambs are raised entirely on pasture and 100% grass-fed and finished, with no grain, ever. They graze freely on fresh grass and forage from spring through snowfall on our family farm in the Adirondacks. We partner with our friends at Kinderhook Farm in Valatie, NY and Barred Owl Brook Farm and Essex Farm right here in Essex to keep our freezers well stocked.

Thaw your broth in the refrigerator or gently loosen the container in cool water. Warm it on the stovetop until steaming and enjoy as a restorative drink, or use it as the base for soups, stews, curries, and braises.
Lamb broth is especially good with Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavors — try simmering it with garlic, rosemary, cumin, or lemon. Use it to cook rice or grains for added depth, or reduce it for a rich sauce or gravy.
