We make our own Chicken Bone Broth, but some prefer to make their own. Here's how we love to make our chicken bone broth: First we roast the chicken bones in the oven to develop flavor. Skim the fat and put the drippings and bones into a stock pot with your choice of vegetables and spices. Cover with water and let simmer for a day. Then strain and let cool and skim the fat again. You can adjust the strength of the broth with water or boil longer to condense.
We love to use this broth in soups or to add flavor to a stir fry and you can just add a pinch of salt and drink it!
