Our 100% grass-fed beef is raised outdoors year-round by our partner farms, Asgaard Farm in the Adirondacks and Snug Valley Farm in Vermont. In the winter, they are fed certified organic hay from a neighboring farm. They are never given antibiotics, drugs, hormones, or steroids.
Our sausages, soups, broth, and other products are prepared by us, using organic spices and fresh seasonal organic vegetables from our neighbors whenever possible. Our smoked meats are synthetic nitrate-free.
These mild sausages are great on the grill, used in soups and stews, or with braised cabbage.
