Grassfed Lamb: shanks
This 100% grassfed and finished lamb comes from our neighbor farms with thanks for the incredible work they do. Collaboration between farms is critical to small-farm viability in our neck of the woods and we look forward to carrying many more of our neighbors products in the future.
