KZ Farm Beef is 100% grass-fed and finished, without the use of antibiotics or growth hormones. This beef is dry-aged for 14 days to enhance flavor and texture. After the meat is butchered, it is vacuum sealed and frozen to maintain optimal quality and freshness.
Sarah and Josh Kingzack established KZ Farm in 2016 on a 48-acre parcel in Westport, NY. They raise Angus-Simmental cattle and manage a small organic vegetable garden.
