We work closely with our friends at Juniper Hill Farm, and when we heard they were sorting butternut squash and would have lots of seconds and compost squash we thought why not make soup?!
Our Squash Soup is smooth and creamy, without any dairy. Hints of sweet squash flavor with savory chicken broth I love to dip toast or muffins as a quick lunch.
Some separation while thawing is normal. Re-heat and stir before eating.
Our soup is made with our Organic Chicken Broth, which we made by hand here on the farm. We use local organic vegetables from our friends down the road at Juniper Hill Farm.
We are proud to bring you a ready to eat meal, packaged thoughtfully in glass mason jars with organic ingredients entirely from our farm and our neighbors.
After packaging in plastic for many years we are excited to offer our soups in glass, which can be recycled and better yet reused! To keep the jars from breaking during freezing we fill them to 24 ounces. Local customers we will gladly take back and reuse clean, empty jars.
