About Our Pasture-Raised Pork, fed organic grain

Our pigs are raised outdoors on pasture and woodlands at our family farm in the Adirondacks. They root, roam, and forage freely and are supplemented with certified organic grain. We never use antibiotics, hormones, or GMOs.   

We raise heritage-breed pigs known for their well-marbled meat and exceptional flavor.

Preparation Tips

Cook sausage over medium heat in a skillet, stirring occasionally until browned and cooked through. For spicy italian sausage meatballs, roast in the oven at 375°F for 15–20 minutes. 

Pair with any Italian recipe and also great with our family's favorite hearty lunch dish - savory oatmeal (oats, meat, cheese, egg and veg).
