We do this all the time, mix up a brine with sugar and water (and whatever other spices you prefer) and soak your pork chops in the brine for a few hours. Our Smoked Pork Chops make this easy for you. These chops have a wonderful gentle smokey flavor and are brined with salt and sugar. They are hot smoked and so are cooked and ready to eat with no form of Nitrates.
The chops are packaged 1 chop per bag and you can now get it delivered from our farm to your door.
Our pork is always raised on pasture and fed only Certified Organic Grain. They are never given any antibiotics or hormones, just sunshine and fresh air.
