After years of only ever roasting a whole chicken, we are consistently amazed at the ease and versatility of chicken breast. Roast them whole, pan fry, slice into strips, marinade, spice rub...you name it she'll take it and make it better. Always a favorite with our kids our chicken breasts do not disappoint. We've decided to leave the skin on the breast this year as a trial. Let us know what you think!
All of our chickens are fed certified organic grain, our chickens are on pasture as soon as they are hearty enough (3 weeks old) and we raise slower growing breeds from Freedom Ranger Hatchery for better flavor and nutrition.
