Easter Favorites!
Each package contains a boneless Fresh Ham Roast, cut from the pork leg and left unsmoked and uncured. This is the traditional pork roast—lean, tender, and full of natural pasture-raised pork flavor. It’s perfect for roasting whole, slow-cooking, or slicing for hearty family meals.
Packages average 3.5–4 lbs. They are frozen and ready to ship to your doorstep.
Our pigs are raised outdoors on pasture and woodlands at our family farm in the Adirondacks. They root, roam, and forage freely and are supplemented with certified organic grain. We never use antibiotics, hormones, or GMOs.
We raise heritage-breed pigs known for their well-marbled meat and exceptional flavor.

Fresh ham roast is best cooked low and slow to develop deep flavor and tender meat
• Classic Roast: Season with salt, pepper, garlic, and herbs. Roast at 300–325°F until the internal temperature reaches 145°F, then rest before slicing.
• Slow Cooker: Cook with onions, broth, and spices for a tender pull-apart roast.
• Herb Crust: Rub with olive oil, rosemary, thyme, and garlic for a fragrant, crispy exterior.
Pro tip: Because this is a fresh ham (not cured), it cooks like a traditional pork roast rather than a holiday ham.
