Each package contains meaty, flavorful country-style pork ribs from our pasture-raised pigs fed certified organic grain. Cut from the loin, just like a pork chop, they are 1 1/2 inches thick and cut in half down the middle. They are perfect for braising, slow cooking, or grilling low and slow.
Packages average 1.5–2 lbs. They are frozen and ready to ship to your doorstep.
Our pigs are raised outdoors on pasture and woodlands at our family farm in the Adirondacks. They root, roam, and forage freely and are supplemented with certified organic grain. We never use antibiotics, hormones, or GMOs.
We raise heritage-breed pigs known for their well-marbled meat and exceptional flavor.

Country Style Rib is like the Ribeye of the pork world. Full of amazing marbling, tenderness and flavor. Country-style ribs are can be cooked low and slow or hot with a sear, like a steak.
Try braising them in apple cider or beer until tender, then finish on the grill with your favorite BBQ sauce. You can also roast them in the oven or use them in hearty stews.
Pro tip: Marinate overnight for even more flavor, then cook covered to lock in moisture.
