About Our Pasture-Raised Organic Chicken
Our chickens are raised on pasture at our family farm in the Adirondacks, where they forage freely and are supplemented with certified organic grain. We never use antibiotics, hormones, or GMOs.

Preparation Tips
Simmer chicken feet slowly with vegetables and herbs to create a deeply flavorful, collagen-rich broth. They can also be fried for a crispy snack or fed as a special treat to pets.
