Drumsticks area a favorite at our table and they fit into almost any type of recipe. Sometimes we smoke them, occasionally we fry them, and we often bake them but any way they are cooked they are very popular at our dinner table.
Our favorite drumstick recipe is a quick rub and then throw them in the oven or the grill. We love this rub so much we mix it up bulk into a pint container and keep it on hand for a quick chicken wing or drumstick dinner. Here's the basic recipe:
