We are so excited to have this flavor back. For many years we made our own sausage here at Reber Rock Farm and we developed some recipes we really liked. When we had to move our processing to USDA facilities, we lost the ability to make our own custom sausages. But we have found a processor who makes excellent sausage AND is willing to make custom recipes for us. So Bourbon Fennel is back.
Our pork is always raised on pasture and fed only Certified Organic Grain. They are never given any antibiotics or hormones, just sunshine and fresh air.
