The Sirloin Flap can be cut as a steak, but we love it cut as steak tips. Located towards the flank of the Sirloin in the Bottom Sirloin, the Sirloin Flap is known for its great flavor. Throw these guys in a marinade for a BBQ or just toss them in the pan and slice for fajita night. They are a favorite in our house:)
