Just like on the pig, when we cut a boneless chop or in the beef's case a boneless ribeye (Delmonico) steak we can package the "back ribs." These are the meaty rib bones that would normally be attached to the ribeye steak. Full of incredible flavor our 100% grass fed Beef Back Ribs make great BBQ or oven roasted meals.
